Family wedding

Great hotel in a lovely location for a family wedding at nearby castle had a room with a balcony overlooking the river room was big Very comfortable and very quiet there was abit of a mix up with one of the rooms so we were given this one which was great the manager delt with it professionally

Super Hotel mit modernen Zimmern einem freundlichen Service und einem sehr leckeren Frühstück! Vor Ort kann man kostenfrei draußen parken wenn etwas frei ist und sonst zu fairen 10 Euro in der Garage des Hauses. Wirklich super und gerne wieder! Bis zum nächsten mal!

Moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer mit Blick zum Fluss, ruhige und zentrale Lage am Park zwischen den beiden Schlössern und direkt an der Innenstadt. Sehr gutes Restaurant und besonders freundliche Mitarbeiter. Perfekter Startpunkt für Rad- und Kanutouren.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Mit dem gesamten Angebot des Steverbett-Hotel sind wir rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel wurde laut Aufzug in 2015 erbaut und präsentiert sich in einem entsprechend modernen und sauberen Zustand. Wir hatte ausschließlich mit freundlichem, teils situationsgerecht lustigem Personal zu tun. Die Tiefgarage haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Wir haben richtig gut gegessen und ein sehr umfangreiches und toll präsentiertes Frühstücksbuffett genossen.

Perfect centered hotel

Steverbett is centrally located for all sorts of trips in Münsterland. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and probably not our last. One of those rare place that truly feels like a home away from home.

Home away from home

We stayed for five nights at this hotel and chose it as it has studios available with a kitchenette. Pots & pans were available on request due to Covid-regulations. They appeared within the hour after we got there. We were pleasantly surprised about the size, the view and the amenities. Staff was very helpful, (bier)garten everything you could wish for. We cycled around the area, which is probably the best means of transportation. For e-bikes outlets are available in the parking garage. Beautiful area and this hotel is right in the middle. Highly recommended!

Das Hotel/Zimmer ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Sogar ein Leckerchen für die Hinde gab es beim c/i. Sehr üppiges Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Eine Anmerkung gab es von unserer Seite aus. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab bzw. lief aus der Dusche raus und flutete somit das komplette Bad sowie den Zimmer Flur. Was wir leider erst nach dem Duschgang bemerkten. Haben wir beim c/o gemeldet und uns wurde versichert sich umgehend bei dem reinigen des Zimmers darum zu kümmern. Alles andere dicker Daumen hoch wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, von der aus man viele Dinge zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr breitgefächert, aber nun einmal sehr "Englisch". Die Toaster brauchen sehr lange und das Frühstückspersonal räumt sehr schnell ab, also nichts unbeaufsichtigt lassen. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, war innenliegend und klein. Daher bräuchte es eine gute Klimatisierung bzw Lüftung. Diese funktionierte aber nicht immer und es dauerte einen Moment, die Funktionsweise zu verstehen, da es keine Anleitung gab. Das Bett war bequem, dürfte aber einigen zu hoch und Pärchen manchmal zu schmal sein. Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. Die Handtücher konnten in dem Raum mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit kaum trocknen. Es gibt keine Klobürste und auch Gerüche verbleiben in dem kleinen Raum. Das Bad ist im Prinzip ein Glaskasten im Hotelzimmer. Man kann sich daher beim Duschen/Toilettengang usw. beobachten. Im Hotelflur und -zimmer liegt ein unangenehmer, chemischer Geruch. Wir vermuteten, dass er vom Teppichboden stammt. Man gewöhnt sich daran. Leider erlebt man kaum Servicepersonal (außer beim Frühstück). Man checkt an einem Computer ein. Auch Zwischenfragen (bei uns zur Zimmerreinigung) scheiterte am nicht besetzten Schalter.

Ein rundherum schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war rundherum gelunden. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Chefin, schönes Zimmer zum Park hin mit Balkon, eine sehr schöne Restaurantterasse. Das Serviceperskonal war sehr freundlich, allerdings könnte es "öfters auf die Terasse hinauskommen". Es wird bestimmt nicht der einzige und letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hause sein, wir kommen gerne wieder - versprochen.

Modern hotel met grote, verzorgde kamers. Aangenaam, rustig terras aan het water en het park. Minpunt: standaard kamers zijn aan de straatkant en daar hadden wij op een werkdag last van verkeerslawaai 's ochtendsvroeg. In het weekend was dat nauwelijks een probleem.
