"Lovely quirky room (Africa). Stayed with two dogs who each had beds, bowls and treats provided.. lovely bakery for breakfast where you could choose your breakfast items. Everyone very friendly and great pub (kings arms) opposite for evening food and drink. Perfect place"

"Breakfast on the whole was exceptional but maybe the scrambled eggs needed some work, aside from that no complaints and the speed of service was excellent. Awesome location with views outside the property and staff are very outstanding. Hotel is currently being updated which is being done without minimal disruption to the guests. Highly recommended. "This is my second stay, booked a double this time with tea making facility’s, very good, nice clean room, towels. Room was warm. Looking forward to more stays."

"The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend "

"The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again"
