Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
1- The rooms were unclean, blood spots on cushion cover as attached 2- The service staff is clueless, outside the room is bad. 3- They are bad at keeping reservations, I booked online but then they day it is sold out. 4- Unreliable, don't book hotel here. 5- I lost 1680rs in booking because of a very bad hotel and staff and the reception is horrible.
Dirty sheets, had to call and ask for soap and all
The pillow cover had blood spots on it
Hotel staff is clueless, horrible experience
