"The rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned multiple times with fresh towels over my 5 day stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, a huge thank you to Rachel and Pamela whose kindness made the stay that much more memorable and enjoyable. "The service at this property was great and helpful with everything. But the rooms are in severe need of updating or deep cleaning. My partner and I were first placed in room 6312 and it was bug ridden, full of cobwebs, smelled of mold, and still dirty. I had to kill about 20 bugs. We were luckily able to get a room change into a much cleaner room but still couldn’t get over the amount of bugs we had to kill. "The first room they had brought me to hadn't been cleaned in days at least with dust and dirt on all the surfaces and what looked like dried mud or something on the bathroom sink and bathroom tub. The second room was better but clearly still didn't get duste, and there was a dead fly on the bed with what looked like dog hair surrounding it. The door lock was broken and had to be locked from the inside before closing the door and still took multiple tries to get it to lock properly."

"It’s a great place to stay with the family. We choose the atrium view with a balcony. Swimming facility is great and they have at least 2 life guards on duty. They also have an arcade room which is quite nice. There’s a restaurant- Shelly’s connected to the hotel that serves nice meals. Portions are huge so worth the price. The hotel is also centrally located, so all the places we visited were within 15mins of the hotel. Great place - I recommended"

"EXTREMELY OVERPRICED The building is extremely old and has not been updated. Old AC units Bathroom and sick were dirty. Windows dirty...I would definitely not recommend"

"The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. This is a very basic budget hotel that is showing its age and is in serious need of cosmetic updates. I can't speak to the mechanical condition, but the elevator was unsettling enough that I avoided using it whenever possible. "Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room."
