The location was perfect and the hotel itself was quiet nice. There were some issues though between the wedding music booming through the floors well past midnight. In the morning there was a loss of water pressure. Aside from those things, a nice place to stay with good food in the restaurant.

Booked a room listing air conditioning, then was given a room with no AC during peak summer. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available. The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading.

Ei ihan niin kuin annettu ymmärtää

Muuten ihan ok paikka, mutta luvattu ilmastointi oli ihan yleinen eli huoneessa ei ollut erillisilmastointia eli oli nukuttava ikkuna auki. Sängyssä nykyään yleinen muovi patjojen suojana, mikä ei ole mukavin alusta nukkua.

A wonderful hotel and great spa.

The hotel is an old castle and converted well. It has a lovely spa and the rooms are nice. The food is lovely and the staff are extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

My experience w/Hotel Zamek

Very accommodating, great staff, beautiful spa downstairs, highly recommend using it during your stay. Rooms we had were spacious. Wedding on Saturday night lasted till 1:30am, so it kept us up. Hotel does not have A/C, although my room was cool, just NOT cool enough if your used to cold A/C. Overall a beautiful hotel for the location.

Obwohl oft dort schon gebucht und im Computer alle Daten vorhanden, werden jedesmal erneut Ausweispapiere verlangt. Service an Reception ist langsam und für Dienstreisende mühsam. Im Zimmer sind Silberfischchen, offensichtlich durch schlechte Lüftung und feuchte Wärme kommend von Sauna. Sauna ist schmutzig und muss jedesmal erst neu geheizt werden. Im Restaurant werden Gerichte mit Gewicht angeboten, die nicht das Fleisch oder Fisch betreffen, sondern auch alle Beilagen einschließen, wo gibt es das in der Welt? Das Frühstück hat sich verbessert, es entsprechend etwas normalem Standard. Aber das Buffet liegt im Dunkeln! Man kann nicht sehen, was angeboten wird. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Der NImbus "Schloss=Zamek" nützt nichts!

A great place for a weary traveller

My son and I stayed here for one night. We both have noticed how immaculate this place is. The staff are super professional, both at the reception and at the breakfast restaurant. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but if you're in the area, stay here and you won't regret.

Hotel o dobrym standardzie w pobliżu toru Silesia Ring w Kamieniu Śląskim. 56 km dobrej drogi. Dojazd 40 min. Polecamy nocleg podczas imprez na torze.

Sehr gur für Reisegruppen auf Reisen

Es ein sehr schönes Objekt, ein Schloss eben. Das Hotel ist sehr schick, ruhig gelegen, besitzt Sauna, Massage usw., da kann man wirklich entspannen. Leider bietet die Stadt Lubliniec an sich fast gar nicht, so nutzt man dieses Hotel einfach wenn man auf einer Reise ist. Deswegen vermutlich ist das Hotel selten beansprucht (außer Reisegruppen vielleicht). In folge bekommt man Frühstück nicht immer als Buffet sondern nach Wahl wie in meinem Fall, wobei es war nicht schlecht. Das Omelett war sehr lecker. Nach Czestochowa sind es ca. 45 km (1 Std. Fahrzeit), nach Opole ein wenig weniger.

Super service, skønt gammelt slotshotel, fint og rigeligt morgenbuffet. Eneste lille minus må være at vi boede på 3 sal, hvilket var loftsværelser med skrå vægge og meget varmt. Aircondition ville være et kæmpe plus.

Relax and chill out...

This place spoiled me. The staff was wonderful and the services (spa) and restaurant were superb. I chilled out completely. Many types of massage available.. The hotel has bicycles and I took one into the wooded area which has pedestrian and bike paths with bridges and stream (river). Beautiful. The entire staff was accommodating, respectful and wonderful to me. No pretense here, but rather high style and good taste. Breakfast was to served to order, by the way. delicious.

Outstanding hotel

One night on the way to Krakow from Czestochowa . The hotel is a historic building in a quiet location The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are excellent (bath-tub included) and the restaurant is outstanding. this was my third stay at this hotel and I will stay there again on my next trip.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful historic building in lovely grounds that has recently been renovated into a hotel, so everything is very fresh and comfortable. Hasa great atmosphere, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable room. Thoroughly recommended.
