The room was a disaster: ring in the toilet, dead bird outside window, strange stain on side chair, stain on the wall, beds were terribly uncomfortable (super hard mattresses) and sheets were scratchy. Do not recommend.

there was almost no water pressure in the sink and the faucet was so close to the back of the sink you couldnt even get your hand under what little water there was. Staff was great but whoever designed that bathroom was nuts.

Very convenient to hospital. Easy to check in. Only downfall was walls are thin and I could hear the girls next to me laughing and they weren’t being super loud. And black hair on the towels and wash rag, and I’m blonde. Otherwise everything else was good.

We were there for three nights. The floors in the common areas and the elevator always seemed dirty. It is in need of an update in several areas. The lounge chair in our room had a tear in the upholstery. One of the workers acted like it was a big deal to get a bottle of water from the convenience area and charge it to my room. She told me that I had to pay cash and that their system but not allow it to be charged my room. I confirmed that that was false the next day by one of the main workers.

The property was nice. The breakfast sausage would were undercooked everyday. But overall it was nice to be included at the room stay. Also, attention needs to be given to the bathroom sinks being that the water runs back on the sink because the faucet is not far enough away from the counter. Overall this day was a 7 out of 10.

We checked in and were getting settled in our room when we started to hear someone yelling in the hallway. The hotel manager, or someone in a management type position, was yelling at the staff to clean, this continued for over an hour on our floor. We woke very early the next morning for our flight and found the indoor pools door appeared of its hinges, like someone tried taking it off. The entire experience was very uncomfortable and we will not stay there again.
