"The stay was cool for the most part. The thing is breakfast was from 6am - 9am. I at least think breakfast should be until 10am but housekeeping was nice enough to allow me to get something after 9am."

Secondly, I wasn't informed about a security deposit that wasn't taking immediately at check out it was taken like an hour later. Since check out I haven't received my deposit back. I left the hotel clean and smoke free and I'm trying to understand why my money haven't been placed back into my account"

"The room smelled of sweat and grime. The carpet needed cleaning and the upholstered furniture needed to be clean. While the room was tidy, it did not have a clean smell. It was a pretty strong sweat, grime, and musky smell. They need to clean the carpet."
