"I wouldn’t recommend this resort. My Check-in and check-out was a disaster on the day of arrival/departure. That staff has no sense of urgency to get the lines down. Everything moves extremely slowly. The process is unorganized and lengthy. The staff doesn’t accommodate extending your room for a few hours if you have an afternoon flight. The food options weren’t a theme every night the food served looked like they were cleaning out their refrigerator every night. I loved the excursions...

"Cleaning and front desk staff were amazing. We checked in early and asked for a room on a higher level. The front desk male person checked with his manager and then moved us to a higher level. Realizing the hotel is very old we were disappointed in the room. The size of the living/dinins room were great. The bed and linens were dated and not very comfortable. the bed spread looks like it is from the 60s. The sofa and side chairs were dated too and appeared to be worn. I used a towel."

"This is my 2nd time staying at the property. The property & room are clean, I did not use the pool, but I could see it from my ocean view room. It does not appear that any other guest used it either. The breakfast was nothing much... my 1st stay we were given ham & cheese croissants, this time just plain ( I assume a budgeting issue). The Ham and cheese croissants is much preferred. Also came with coffee, creamer, chocolate croissant & orange juice (not fresh). The kitchenette was in great...
