"Good location with regular shuttle bus to the airport. Room nice but poor lighting and needed a torch to see the air conditioning controls. Otherwise very comfortable bed. Food good. Staff polite."

"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."

"The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it."

"we had a great stay and annette and team could not have been any more helpful all the staff were friendly and helpful in every way possible a great hotel to stay at close to gatwick airport"

"Room was clean and quiet, perfect for an airport stay"

"Next to terminal and car parking. Large quality room"

"Clean and staff were helpful"

"It was very cold in the room and after few hours they turn it on to get warmer but still very cold and I got very sick. It was very far from everything, no shops, no public transportation, nothing was around. Just dead area the way I was so scared to sleep in the room which was out of building. 3 a.m till 5 a.m so much noise like some one was working on the next room."

"having been here once before i was looking forward to my stay, however i was in a different room inside the main building, while the room was very comfortable and roomy it did seem a bit dusty and damp, Sadly during my two night stay the tv was unavailable due to local Aerial problem, while i understand this wasn't the hotels fault it was very disappointing. Also no fridge was available which i was expecting as my last room had one. The large bath tub was much appreciated . A lovely outlook...
