"The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location."

"Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast"

"The reviews I read, before booking does not accurately decribe my most recent experience. Upon check-in, the hotel appeared less maintained than pictures or reviews described on the site. The staff seemed disinterested upon check-in. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door and in the carpet, but seemed reasonably clean. Housekeeping is restricted to every 3 days, including new towels, and only 1 roll of extra TP was provided. (There were 3 occupants). During our first night stay, around 1:30...

"We liked the ping pong table; we specifically chose this hotel for the fireplace in the common space lobby area, however upon check in, we were told by the clerk that the fireplace had not worked since she had been working there. Upon entering the room from a chilly evening, the room was freezing as the ceiling fan was on & the air conditioning was set to 60 degrees; we suspected this was an attempt to mask the reeking smell of cat urine in the entry way; it did not work. On the second night I...

"Bedding and pillows not good, iron terrible"

"Wifi only available to Marriot rewards members, which you can join for free, but is a pain to go through the process. The check-in staff didn't offer any information on when the free breakfast time was or welcome me. Didn't ask for my ID to confirm I was indeed the person on the reservation. When I got to my room on arrival, it was propped open.... Day 2, upon returning for the evening, my key card didn't work. I went to the same hotel clerk that had checked me in. He just asked me my room...

"Front desk staff, cleaning and shuttle driver were all very nice and polite!! They made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very fulfilling. Only downside The toilet in our room got clogged and no one was able to unclog it on a Sunday afternoon. However the overall experience was good."

"We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P"

"Very nice location"

"The property was clean and well maintained, as was the room. The breakfast offering was one of the better ones I have been to. The only disappointing aspect was the paid parking. I don't like to be nickel and dimed. Add it to the room rate if you must squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. I don't like to be surprised when I show up at a property."

"Elevator was broken, the hotel and room smells bad and had a dirty appearance. One of the towels had a hair in it. My door didn't lock, only the chain lock was working, I've asked the staff and got no answer, had to confirm with another customer if his room's lock would work and it did, so my room was the problem. Breakfast is poor and after breakfast hours there is only hot water available, no cold water was available to buy. I wouldn't choose this hotel again."

"The convenience of the location was very good. We made it in time to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a drink to relax from our flight. The food was pricey but delicious. The service was great. Thank you"

"Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Plenty of free paeking and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The building overall is older and during our stay, only one elevator was functional. But that didn't take away from the visit. The hot breakfast included was also solid; waffles, pork sausage and turkey sausag, and eggs, and your normal continental breakfast spread."
