Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa

"It didn’t live up to the usual Hilton standards. The room was booked for two people, but only one pair of slippers was provided. There was a hair in the bathroom sink and stains on the carpet. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. As we were very tired and only staying for one night, we didn’t contact the hotel. Although the room ’s size and appearance were different from the photos shown when we booked, the view was quite nice."

"Even though this hotel is showing some age our room (Lakeview Room) was clean, spacious and had a fabulous view of Lake Wakatipu and the snow capped mountains of The Remarkables. Walking distance to the centre of town. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from."

"Lovely big apartment with under floor heating and excellent mountain views, set it beautiful gardens. Easy access to local area, lots of shops and restaurants at five mile. Walking along the river nearby was a highlight too, as was the very friendly Oscar the cat. Only slight negative was limited kitchen space, a bit tricky when cooking for 4 people, but overall a great stay and highly recommend."
