"Shout out to Ben! From the moment we got there he gave us a warm welcome and provided us with much needed waters. Whenever we stepped out he gave us great tips on how to enjoy our destination just a little bit more. The hotel staff in general was incredible. The room was very good. I needed some more pillow and it was just a text message away. Love the rooftop pool. Love the proximity to the water front bike path and Budweiser stage. This is simply an excellent hotel. "
"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."
"Hands down, one of the best experiences we have had. We were warmly welcomed throughout our week in Toronto by every staff member. Particularly, Julian amd Jervin, who personally delivered a delicious dessert with toasting bubbles when we shared that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The whole concierge staff and valet were also very helpful with suggestions,directions, and tips for getting around.
