I recently stayed there and there was many issues such as checking in to a room with another person already in it, dirt (left over dog food) and hair in the beds we were given, bugs crawling out of outlets, dirty towels rehung when we arrived. I would have expected a clean room and didn't even get that.

First room was not clean asked to be switched second room smelt terrible like pet urine, floor was so sticky, had to go buy my own cleaning g products to feel comfortable. TheN found 3 roaches in the bed!

Used Room
Once we arrived and got checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned after it's last use. It was the first time this has ever happened for me at a hotel. We were trying to get to a concert on time and this created such a delay that we were not able to get dinner before the show. The internet did not work (presumably because the wi-fi password was linked to the first room). There also was not any shampoo or conditioner.

Friendly staff, needs update
While the room was clean, the condition was “tired” and in need of a deep clean, paint and repair. Same with common areas - giant stains on the hall carpets, gouges on the walls and general need of a fresh coat of paint.

The wallin one of the corners was filthy. When the air conditioner unit kicked on, 3 baby roaches came out. Absolutely disgusting. We left immediately.

Chose this property due to both the price and proximity to my business reason for traveling to Loveland. My advice is to pay more for another hotel if you're looking to stay in this area. This property is described as an "aparthotel." I didn't think that was something to be wary of. Wrong. The housekeepers are doing their job to the best of their ability, but the property is in questionable condition. The bathroom sink stopped up and the toilet ran constantly. The security door to enter the building with your key card, right next to the front desk, did not work. You'd stand there trying to put your key card in 50 different ways before it'd work or the front desk attendant had to come around and open the door for you. We had to resort to walking around to the back or side of the building to get in. There's a large deep pothole in the road leading up to the hotel, Clydesdale and Peralta, which you can see right on Google maps. We tried to walk our dog on the sidewalk in front of the hotel but it's blocked by an overgrown evergreen type of tree whose branches have grown out and blocked the walking path. The crowning glory happened the morning we were due to check out when our truck, parked in the lot by the front desk, was broken into at 9am in the morning in broad daylight. No security cameras. And the response by the desk staff, general manager and district manager was "not our problem and not our fault." In other words, customer service is not a thing here.

Not worth it
Floor was sticky in kitchen. Front desk staff came and mopped again, however, missed the spot by the fridge that was disgusting and caused the issue. Fridge was sticky too like something had spilled out of it and never got cleaned. Had to clean loose tobacco off the table. Drawers and shelf in kitchen not clean. Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Raw piece of chicken on side of hotel. Numerous groups of men with coolers drinking beer in parking lot. Made it feel unsafe. Rocks by all entrances smelled of urine. We checked out 2 days early because we found an apartment. The manager stated he’d refund me for the 2 nights. Upon seeing I booked through Hotels.com he said I’d need to have them process it, however, he refused to approve it when they reached out. Not at all worth the money. Pay a little more to stay somewhere clean.

My room had spaghetti sauce on the wall and stove burner, then my bed had hair all over the sheets, and they were so threadbare that there were holes. I packed up and left to find another room at another hotel. I have tried to communicate several times about the issue and to request a refund, and have received no response. This property was filthy and has terrible customer service.

This was the most disgusting hotel and room that I ever stayed at. Urine on the bathroom floor, sink was not even wiped down hair in the sink, yellow stains on the bathroom walls, heavily stain carpet in room. Every time I walked in the hard floor my sneakers stuck to it. In all honesty, this should be reported to the Board of Health.

I stayed the night of the 1-2 and we are extremely upset. We get in and the microwave plate is in the sink and covered in cheese and the tables are covered in I don’t know what. The trash on the floor including a used toothbrush really set the mood.We go downstairs and let the front desk know and she offered to clean it or let us borrow towels to clean it which we opted for the first option. She said she had a housekeeper go home sick and her other housekeeper was supposed to finish the room.Which upstairs the stains on the table ,walls, fridge were still there.We go to get under the covers and on the sheets there are brown, yellow, red(obviously blood)stains. Other than being a health hazard it was nauseating. We go downstairs ask for new bedsheets, she hands them to us and says you’ll have to put them on yourselves. A couple sheets later and we finally find some with minimal staining. If it wasn’t the only place available I would’ve left and not even tried after the first incident.

There is no signage to direct you where to go. They gave us a dirty room to start and then put us in a room not much better. The beds were terrible and it felt like you were sleeping on the ground and every time you moved the beds were so loud and the metal made so much noise it kept you up all night. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. My room was not clean, had pills on the floor, hair and stains in the bed, and hair in the bathtub, as well as stains and grime all over the walls and in the nightstand.

Roach dirty
The rooms looked neat and clean at first but when you turned the water on at each fixture roaches came out. The bed blankets and sheets never was changed do to loose hair and dirt between covers. Tv remote wasnt even the right remote and parking lot lights go off at 11pm.

Do not stand this property. There's no lobby. It's impossible to check in after hours. The other hotel guests are disgusting and loud. Absolutely do not stay at this hotel.

AVOID
Very unwelcoming Facility. No Sign on the building, No outside lighting (so you didn't know what was the front or back). Cars, and buses parked wherever they please blocking one of the exits. There is NO lobby... you basically check-in, in the hall through a window (Old school motel 6). Nothing about this property is inviting. The room was clean but that's about it.... I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I canceled a non refundable reservation because i did not feel safe staying here. Driving up the people around the building set the tone. The lighting was terrible. I went to check in and refused to get out of my car. I would rather lose out on $90 then risk stauing there.

Could be better.
There were cockroaches in the kitchen area. Not what I expected. There was no outside lighting turned on when it got dark. Summer managed to get half of it turned on around 10 pm, but there was no lighting turned on over the doorways. Other than that, the price was great, staff was courteous, and bed was comfortable. Accepting pets was the best!

Needs better & regular cleaning.
General lack of cleaning and cockroaches in the rooms. Remote caked with gunk and not working. Window screens bent like someone tried to break in. Food and car debris jn lot. HOWEVER Front desk staff apologized and was very helpful.

Very clean rooms, spacious, and friendly staff. Nothing crazy fancy, but for the price it was very impressive.
