"The breakfast was awful. The pancake batter was spoiled. My family had to go somewhere else to get breakfast "

"We were very disappointed with this hotel. We were there an entire weekend and there was NO hot water the whole time. The staff said the gas company was coming to fix it but they never did and that we would have to contact corporate office because they could not do anything to help. There was trash outside and the sidewalks were just dingy and dirty. The toilet in our room also ran most of them time, which was noisy. We will not stay again and will not recommend it to anyone."

"The rooms on the back side have been renovated. Our room was nice. Best place we have stayed in Troy so far. Breakfast was great for a hotel and all of the staff was very friendly. "

"Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I paid for a room that’s suppose to be clean. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy on the second day was more nicer Saturday afternoon than the lady who checked me in on Friday he gave me clean towels with questioning or telling me anything"
