The construction at the property was just too much. Room wise, bedding was comfortable, very clean but room overlooked the construction trash area. I do think once construction is complete, the property will meet Crowne Plaza's standards. Mrs. Evonda in the restaurant bar was awesome.

Our toilet handle was broke, the coffee pot was broke and people smoking weed outside the smell came through the air conditioner. But the place was clean and the staff was great..

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent in that they were pleasant, friendly and provided great service. The hotel and restaurant were undergoing renovations at the time so I ate in the lounge. Food was very good as was the service. I utilized the hotel shuttle from the airport and back in the morning which was also a good service.

On the day that my party with 8 rooms where to check out the cleaning crew came through before we checked out. They threw away some expensive food that we had purchsed to take back to our homes that we do not have access too where we live. When I asked for a discount of that amount I was told by the woman that checked me out that they would replace what we lost from thier restuarant. When I went to find "Chrisitne" I could not get into the restuarant as it was closed. There we did not get our $$ worth that the hotel threw away....the front counterperson misdirected us so she didn't have to deal with me and we left the property very unhappy with the transaction. We had stayed for 3 nights X 8 rooms you would thing that amount of $$$ would have granted better service. Mariea Berry HR MGR Magna International

The hotel was bigger than I expected so I entered where the old registration used to be, but that wasn't a problem for me. While walking to the correct place to check in the hallway carpet was beautiful and smooth jazz music was playing. Check in was alright, fast and easy for the most part and the parking lot was huge. I could tell the hotel is under construction but that didn't make a difference for booking at this hotel nor my stay. My room was the more updated ones and it was also bigger than my anticipation, which was a plus because I did specifically book for my room to have a couch in. There was a dinning room table and four chairs plus an extra big lounge chair as well on the other side of the room. The bed and outlets/lamp on the right side of the bed looked updated and the sheets were nicely clean and crisp (it looked like how I would make my own bed. Superb job!) The bath room and rest of the room in my opinion has spotless, phenomenal job to housekeeping! It was quite for the most part as far as hearing the construction, which was non existent; the only noise I heard was from the guest walking and running around. The TV was a little hard to figure out as far as looking up the guide vs seeing the program line up. But I found a channel to watch and fell asleep soon after laying down. The only complaint I have about my stay was the heater/acc unit, when it kicked on and turned off it woke me up out of my sleep and few times. And startled me, otherwise 9/10 stay

Beds weren’t made in one of the rooms, they didn’t have blankets on them. Security was called on me and my son, when it was other people making noise, but the security guard said he stood outside our room for 5 minutes and it was us, yet we heard noises from others and my wife and daughter who were in the room in front of us said their neighbors were being loud.

Nothing unique about this property very old and rundown smells of 1960’s all through out lobby is renovated all the rest are so dated. And smells so old musty you name it. linens are great but the baseboard heat and carpets stink.

First room had going walls, thermostat was hanging from wires, and there were holes in the walls. The door to the outdoor patio would not close entirely and only had a sliding chain lock. When I inquired for a move to a new hotel I was told they could put me in a renovated room. Only 1 elevator worked and it was in the 8th floor. Room was cleaner but the hallways were a mess. The property is under construction and the parking lot is a disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY CLUB TOURNAMENT AT THE CONVENTION CENTER. Shuttles ran infrequently and were unreliable. Pool is completely dilapidated and closed.

This property was perfect for leaving on a 7am flight. Super close to the airport and the shuttle was super quick and friendly. Checkin staff was prompt and courteous. Room was a great size and everything was comfy. The renovations cause a lower than 5 ranking, but the renovations they are doing are helping upgrade the property. Would stay here again.

The Restaurant advertised it stayed open until 11:00 pm actually closed at 9:00pm. When questioned why it was mis-advertised, check in person was not nice and basically told us to go to McDonalds. Hotel is under construction and rooms are literally a mile away from check-in.

Worst hotel I've been in in 40 years of business travel. Construction and noise every morning at 7:30 pool and business center closed. Make shift bar and restraunt. Fire alarm went off and hotel had to be evacuated. The front desk woman was unfriendly and miserable.

From the moment we checked in the front desk woman was miserable and no friendly. The hotel is under construction and the noise started at 7:30. The pool was closed. No business center, the restraunt and bar was slow service and the bar maid was so miserable and could care less. The hotel should be closed and not renting rooms. Most disappointing hotel I've ever staying in. You should refund us and make this right

Avoid this property especially staying more than 1 day. Out of all the staff personnel excluding the general manager the maintenance man was the absolute most accommodating out of them all.

Property is under construction so halls and floors were not as clean as they could be under normal circumstances. Our room was comfortable and clean but appeared to be almost done with remodel - shower curtain too short to run length, shower head bracket not attached to wall, thermostat loose, but room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, nice amenities in the bathroom and convenient for what we needed - hotel near airport for early am departure.

The floor in the room I stayed in was not vacuumed and had to pick up hair balls and the plastic price tag holders off the floor. Found a hairball in the bathroom floor. I also noticed the floor in the lobby was filthy when checking out. The room was remodeled and nice.

Hotel was under construction which I understand. New looking room however had peeling wall paper over tv and a torn shower curtain. Restaurant was disappointing for dinner but perfectly fine for breakfast. Shrimp was added extra for a pasta dish which were the size of a dime and crunchy. Tons of teens caused for noisy nights trying to sleep. Felt way overcharged for the hotel in this state, the only plus was convenient to the expo center
