The furnishings and the decoration is lovely .... so much thought has gone into each little detail. The owners are wonderful hosts and thr breakfast is to due for.

What a find! The gentlemen who run this B&B are lovely, well organised and helpful. A beautiful breakfast too. The area is very run-down, but then it's in the centre of Loughborough! We were there to visit the GCR train station, so it was as convenient as could be. We had no trouble with traffic noise.

I recently stayed here for a business trip in Loughborough, and it suited my needs perfectly. The staff were particularly helpful and welcoming, plus the breakfast was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm through town!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holywell House. The owners are very accommodating and attentive. The house is beautifully decorated and unique. We wish we had more time to enjoy the breakfast that was cooked to order. We would recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

A delightful stay
Arrived before checking in time and we were greeted and shown to our delightful room straight away. The rooms are really sound proof which was a bonus. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend staying at Holywell house to all travellers looking for a place to stay in Loughborough

Great Guest House!
Really pleasant stay. easy to find and park, host was friendly and informative. Room was as described, clean and comfortable. Some usb sockets would of been nice considering the products we all carry now but in no way detracted from the stay. Breakfast was amazing, someone knows how to poach an egg properly, quality sausage and bacon. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Loughborough. Good value for money.

Had a job to find it because there are 2 postcodes, LE11 and LE12 with the same road and number!! the host, Derek, is a really nice guy, most helpful. the place is a bit quirky, lots of antiques and pictures, very clean, comfortable and very close to the town cwntre and lots of eating and drinking places. Loved our stay and will be back. Daughter going to Uni there.
