"We stayed in the area for our first three days in Ireland and it was our hub to get around Ballyconneely and Clifdon as well as Galway. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was great. We booked a larger room with a living area and bar and it was great. Rooms were clean and the area was quiet during the evening hours. O'Grady's for dinner next to the water was great. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was great as well as the staff. Great overall exprience at The Twelve Hotel."

"Very nice hotel about 20 minute walk to city center. Don’t let the gas station attached to the hotel concern you as there is extreme security measures in place and the surrounding area is nice. The breakfast was amazing and well worth it. Rooms are very spacious and nicely done. Thks!"

"perfect area of galway to stay. it was right in the heart of the shops and pubs. no lift so be mindful of how much luggage you have, it’s a bit of a maze to get to the rooms. overall, perfect stay for our trip"
