"We love Knott’s Hotel anytime we come to town this is where we stay you guys do a really great job."

"It's okay"

"First off the advertisement is not as is said..the breakfast is poor for a high-end hotel. The wristband situation..they give you a wristband to use the pool and have breakfast but if you loose it they wanna charge you 50 for replacement..which is not in their contract or in their hotel policy..very shady..check in time is at 3pm and check out at 11qm..what's up w that your loosing a lot of time staying here honestly there's better hotels on the area for what this place offers..and the pool you...

"The property is well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Good location"

"Staff is unorganized and the parking system they have is horrible."

"Loved this hotel. Staff super friendly. Transfer to disneyland convenient"

"Place was clean, quiet, and the staff were great!"

"Friendly staff and clean room! Would stay again!"

"The room is big and clean. The breakfast is good. Love their egg omelettes 😋 Recommended."

"They charge for parking, which adds to the price. You can purchase a breakfast which is all you can eat but it’s the same quality as breakfast that’s included at other hotels Also they have restaurant staff seat you then tell you can go serve yourself, which isn’t necessary and confusing. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept on"

"Quick easy check in friendly staff clean rooms"

"Excellent service"
