Hola, Thank you for taking time to comment. Although to be fair we have many different rooms with varying sizes and prices. The room you reserved was one of the most económical, and as we were at almost 100 percent capacity my staff couldn’t offer you a brighter or larger room with more furniture etc, I recommend that in the future you reserve a larger villa or suite so that you are more comfortable. It isn’t fair to say that they didn’t care as that is not true. All my air conditioners are 1 Ton mini splits (not tiny) and are not included on the price offered dec to March as temperatures do not rise above 24-26 Celsius. The pillows are not old, are replaced every year at least, but if you had asked for a different one at reception they would have gladly given you one. Telling them at check out your needs isn’t very helpful for anyone. saludos! Anna
