Sorry , The guest did not have a pleasant experience staying at this hotel .Nevertheless we do not rent dirty rooms and from the safety point of view we did not experience any incidents of that kind so far . We apologize for the inconvenience of any kind .

Old furniture were replaced for some rooms of that building where the guest was assigned the room . The old furniture that were replaced was trash and were awaiting removal . We are sorry as our cleaning staff had negligence for proper cleaning and we are thankful bring that to our notice , We apologize for the inconvenience ,
Beware of this property. Checked in late night. The desk has a bulletproof plexi glass. The receptionist checked me in quickly however reiterated on 4 separate occasion not to smoke inside the room. By the 4th time I told him I heard him the first time and I don’t smoke I got it bro. I drove around the property only to find out the property also hoards semi trucks and school busses on the lot. Once I entered the room there was graffiti etches throughout the furniture and an extremely foul smell. At that point it was so late so I accepted the reality. I immediately started to move things around anticipating roaches to pop out and I even picked up the mattress to ensure no bed bugs. Thankfully I didn’t see any but I don’t doubt this place may have that problem. Bed was extremely firm and the pillows as thin as paper. I was only there for 6 hours and I got up and left immediately at Dawn. Mgmt obviously doesn’t care about the upkeep of the property or the rooms. Stay clear. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life.

Sorry , the guest did not have a pleasant stay experience. The guest checked in on Friday(5/3) a busy day f(sold out day ) of the hotel .There were very few rooms left at the time the guest checked in . We will hold the said room on maintenance to clear out the graffities /smell and will replace the pillow . We apologize for the inconvenience .
I got kicked out for getting beat up and calling the police.

We advised the guest to check out earlier than the scheduled date as they were fighting through out the night until police came in the morning . the guests of neighboring rooms could not sleep the whole night . We also put this guest name in our DNR list .
This guest is now listed as DNR (DO NOT RENT ) as he repeatedly violated the hotel policy . Couple of reminders and warning did not help . Nevertheless we are sorry as the guest will be remaining as unhappy .
we are sorry for an unpleasant stay . We could move you to other room if we would have known it just after you checked in . Rooms are re inspected after cleaning and eventually no rooms can be rented as even dirty . An investigation is being processed as to the rent a dirty room .We really apologize

This is a cancelled reservation as a result of NO SHOW . (it was for 2 nights ) It was pre paid and non refundable . Nevertheless we refunded for one night and charged for one night .We could not figure out the reason of this lowest rating !
We are sorry seeing a bad rating ! But this is a good room and the closest one from the lobby and the office . We would appreciate the reviews to be more specific so that we can address the concerns

we are sorry as the guest did not have a pleasant stay . Yes , It is old but not out dated . The pool our is 9am to 10 am and it remains open during that time . Because of the cold , rainy and windy weather no guest did not want to use the pool . The guest might have thought that it is closed .

Look like the guest was not happy and accordingly rated the feedback at the lower end .We enquired into the matter and noticed that the guest had a Dog accompanied with them whereas the hotel is not pet friendly . Bringing the issue might frustrated the guest . Nevertheless we are really sorry for the inconvenience Thanks
It was one of the most humiliating and discriminatory experiences I've ever had. I have diagnosed PTSD and Epilepsy so my companion is of course my sevice buddy who when outside is always on a leash and more chill than I am. I read that someone's stuff went missing. So I decided that when I was not there I did not want anyone in my room. So I politely informed housekeeping that I would keep it tidy and I knew she had more than enough work and that I would only need towels. My stay was for 3 days. I paid 4 more day online because I had an appointment and wouldn't make it on time if I had to get my belongings and organize them. So I informed front desk and he said B4 you pay management and housekeeping supervisor want to talk to you. I found that so odd as I was gone all day and came at night. So they both started with the fact that they needed to perform a room inspection because of me not allowing anyone in the room and I said because of their policy that if anyone steals that is not their problem. So they said that since I had a dog that they could damage the room. Long story short they said that they knew know that there were federal laws about service animals but they had different laws in their hotel and animals were not welcome. To please not to extend my stay another and vacate the premises in the morning. They then from my deposit kept 50.00 because of dirty towels. One that I used to dry the bathroom floor after showering and the other to wipe theifilthy AC/Heat unit

We are sorry as the guest went through a bad experience .Nevertheless , Hotel needs to operate under a certain guideline and the guests are expected to honor the guidelines which are communicated at the time of check in . the guest had dogs , birds and damaged lot of towels .Considering those as significant violations the hotel management marked the guest as DNR .
On my second night someone just walks in my room ...

We put this guest in our DNR (DO NOT RENT ) list . The room was not only roughly over used but was also left as a super dirty condition . Though it is a non smoking property , the guest smoked and largely violated the hotel policies .We are sorry but we need to keep all the concerned rightly informed .

We did not get any feedback from the guest during the stay time . this room is the closest one from the lobby . And we are 24 hours open to address any concern of the guest ,We might have missed the opportunity to serve the guest better .

It was not poop actually . Water was back flowing and right away we moved the guest to another room and put the other room on maintenance . We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
