We pride ourselves on taking great care of our guests, like how we upgraded your stay to a two-bedroom suite upon arrival. We also do everything we can to make it right if there is ever an issue, such as noise you experienced from a neighbor. When you declined a room move, we offered complimentary Starbucks and cooked-to-order breakfast for the whole family, totaling over 100. Still your husband screamed across the restaurant at our staff because he felt his eggs were overdone. We are open and humble enough to accept constructive feedback, but also experienced enough to recognize a no-win situation.

Thanks for the feedback, Iris. Plant based breakfast items on the complimentary buffet every day include cereals, granola, oatmeal, fruit, nuts, trail mix, granola bars, bagels/breads/pastries/English muffins, and oat and almond milk.
