We are a corner property on the SW corner of Orange Grove and Columbia with an ingress on Columbia and egress on Orange Grove and the issue you are referencing goes back to the days of Anna Bissell McCay herself. We post specific details on our website and in our confirmation email and encourage guests to call if they have questions.

We are profoundly sorry that we upset this guest by missing her early check in request. We have never done that before and realize it inconvenienced her which in turn resulted in her poor opinion of us. For future guests, please be sure to call us from the front door where our number is posted instead of just leaving. We carry our phones with us when we leave the property on errands on personal business for this reason.
