Deceived.

Selecting room is deceiving. I scanned (should have carefully read) room amenities . Before booking the room, I selected 5 hotels in the area (this was an impromptu buy). Other hotels had better review scores, but I went with this one because I believed their was a jacuzzi in the room. Their was not. The check in clerk was inconsiderate about issue and asked for $60 more for the room with jacuzzi. Room was "ok." It was deem (not enough light), sink light fixture did not work. The bathroom door with no working latch. I needed to hold the door closed with my foot. I was not happy with purchase.

good location to stay. There is a laundry, Super Market, CVS, and many stores around the motel. The thing what I was scared is when I checked in to the motel, the machine for the credit card was broken, so we had to pay the deposit by cash.

was disappointed in the overall stay.. The room smelled like a dirty carpet, mattress was uncomfortable..The towels were super thin and small. We had to ask for towels, our room had none in the room, upon check-in..the desk clerk was questioning us like we were stealing the towels...I only asked for 2 towels.. Overall room condition was bad..really needs a deep cleaning.. dirty walls, doors, carpet... etc. Bad customer service from the desk clerk. I kept telling her I had prepaid my stay via Hotels .com. Still on Sat morning , I get a call to my room telling me check out is at 11:00am.. Im again telling her I paid for two days... Wont be staying there again..

Not a good experience!

The room was super dirty. Front entrance door had stains on top of door (looked like blood stains). Ceiling had a hole which was covered with tissue paper. Worse part was the bathroom door not opening on me ( I freaked out after being stuck inside the bathroom) door touches floor so it gets stuck and someone from the outside needs to force it opened. Oh, and did I mention that check in was at 3pm, I arrived at 5pm and they made me wait an hour because room wasn't ready. Not a professional place and customer service really needs to improve.
