Liked check in was fast and professional, rooms are nice just run down facility outside. WAY TO MUCH POLICE ACTIVITY, multiple law enforcement through day and night CONSTANTLY .

It was very rude of them to not hold the room ure in since ure there already we should be able to stay another night but they make u change rooms is very time consumming and inconvenient of them not only that but they have u move to a worse room not even an up grade

Didn’t like that I could not have a room on the first floor and there was no elevator. I have arthritis in my knees and a heart condition. The computer would not issue the handicap room to me. The clerk did not know why.

If you have work to do while at the hotel and needing WiFi to connect your laptop, I rather get fired then dealing with the constant crashing of the WiFi service. Such a headache and very frustrating. Got ZERO work done due to this problem and I had a better chance at going outside Starbucks even with the Coronavirus going around. This review definitely 👎

The room smelled like cigarettes. We got a handicap unit and the bench was moldy, and lots of hairs on tub, and there was no clean towels. $100 a night. not worth it.

Beware the misleading memorandums

Usually the place is really good, but the last day they had A/C servicing which they said would take 10 minutes, ended up taking a few hours of in and out of the room, leaving the door and curtains open when I needed to get back to working, 10 minutes I can spare, hours I couldn’t. Ended up costing me in the long run.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly made me feel welcomed. Did not like how one of the pillows On my bed did not have a pillow cases and it had someone’s hair all over the bare pillow. And around 4am some random person was knocking on my door. Scared me for a bit.

Staff is good but no fridge or microwave. Parking can get fulk at night. Its a place to sleep. Bed is hard. They need to invest in temperpedic beds

Bad experience!

There wasn't good internet, they didn't have a microwave or fridge, you're literally only paying for a roof. The beds are very cheap and uncomfortable.

It was good for an off the freeway truck stop motel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The only downside was the beds were hard as a rock! Not comfortable at all. Otherwise everything else was fine.
