Stayed here one night between flights. The hotel is close to LAX. They provide a shuttle but I did not use as even funding a taxi departing from the airport was a challenge. Nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel has a nice roof top with views of the airport and surrounding mountains. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. They made checking in a breeze and even helped us plan local places to visit etc. Rooms were clean. Airport shuttle driver was great, which made it very easy and safe to get from hotel to airport

Stayed here because we had an early flight the next morning. We dropped the rental car off the night before at Midway car rental — their office is also attached to the building and garage is right there as well so it’s quick and easy. Airport shuttle was easy to use & driver was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, especially if you don’t want to deal with airport traffic.

Breakfast was good. The rooms are huge. Gal at check-in was not very helpful. Gave me my keys and then sent me on my way, I had to ask where and when is breakfast, where was pool located...she told me nothing until I asked specifically. Parking is super expensive...$55 for in and out parking daily!

Lovely hotel with very clean rooms and overall. The coffee maker left a bit to be desired - it was broken and leaked water all over the counter. Everything else was absolutely perfect! The bed and pillows are so incredibly comfortable, I really appreciated the kitchenette when I needed to eat my late night dinner. The shuttle is so amazing!! Easy trips to and from the airport, I don’t know if I’ll ever want to stay at a hotel without a shuttle again! I loved how easy it was to find because the hotel sent directions to the shuttle spot. Very helpful employees, and so kind!

I had a nice stay with my sister. The only downside was the receptionist’s attitude who helped us check in. He spoke too fast when he explained where parking was located and where breakfast was served. It may not be his fault since after we arrived at the front desk we had a line behind us. Hopefully next time we stay here we have a better experience checking in. The hotel has a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf that has great service. They should hire that barista for the front desk instead of the person who assisted us around 7:15 pm in our arrival. Also, the lady who was helping with breakfast was very kind, the housekeepers, and the person in charge of the parking. The room has plenty of room for 4 people. The bathroom has enough lights and the AC works great. It has a nice kitchen in case you spend more time in the hotel.

The hotel is extremely close to LAX, the car rental center was right around the corner, the gym was also right there. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were nicely decorated, and breakfast was quite satisfying.
