The property was unclean , bed sheet had holes . The water had poor pressure barely any water coming out to shower and in sink. The elevator had graffiti and smelled like piss. cracks in the walls , screen was broken very un kept place very dirty . overpaid in this room .

I was very upset and impressed by the work of the staff and service. I walked into my room looked around. A few minutes later i used the toilet in the bathroom only to find out it had no toilet paper. I called the front desk and he said i should have checked for the paper first. I ssid no. That is the responsibility of your staff not mine.

Arrived at the property, received keycard and went up to the given room. Once the door was opened there was a horrid stench of smoke mixed in with another odor. The bed was horrible and undone and there was a bottle of wine and other bottles on the table. Horrible experience.

Stay Away from this property. It is not worth booking ever in your life, it is essentially misleading at this point to even have their listing on--broken toilet seat, dirty floors, furniture, non functional heater, dirty torn old stained bedsheets, stained doors, walls, smell was disgusting. The security was kind but the upkeep is terrible...I don't know how they are still standing and feel good about charging > $100/night for this. I understand it was my decision but this isnt even meeting the bare minimum of standard human cleanliness and respecting what is said to be offered in the listing...I advocated to be given another room but the only thing that was different was a working heater. Stay away.

No working tv with any buttons, the remote did not work, sink has mold in it and the tiles in the bathroom are raised out of place from each other. AC unit looked like from the 80s

Staff was plesent parking a plenty. Dunkin and In and Out across the street. Room was c;ean but very dated and in need of upgrade. Heater cover was broken, would not sit in scary chairs, water pressure and flow was very, very low, maybe its a Calli thing. Sheets were clean and changed daily, but bed sperad was full of holes. Noticed that every Exit signs I saw were smashed on all 3 floors. Srairs in need of repair. Did not dare to try elevator. Smell of pot seeped into the room. Other than that was ok for a nights sleep. Frankly I expected better from Expedia.

The only thing attracted me was the price ($89.10/night), but I will never come back again. Everything was ditty and smelly. There's was no blanket, but the cover sheet for the bed during the beginning of January 2024, it was too cold to sleep (I was stayed up all night), the heater was very loud, the hotel is located wright next to the freeway so is very noisy! The elevator was very smelly and dirty, that I preferred to walk up to third floor rather than taking the elevator. The only thing was nice and cleaned was the bathroom!

STAY AWAY!!! When we got there it was late, there were people banging on windows, dogs barking,roaches and trash all over the place, when we got inside we noticed the towels, pillowcases, and sheets were dirty, we notified the front desk only for them to say they don’t have pillowcases or sheets they can only give us towels. We rented the room with the big tub so we can use it, the tub was so old and nasty and didn’t even work not as advertised on the site, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here

The room itself was ok. Wifi didn't work though. However, around the motel there were lots of homeless people and other questionable types loitering around, felt really unsafe to be here. Lots of damage and graffiti.
