A bit oldfashioned hotel (windows cannot be opened), though comfortable with a gym and well-maintained pool, quiet neighborhood and very friendly staff.

Il Diego de Almagro di Los Angeles e' un Hotel un po' datato che pero' conserva un buon carattere e, soprattutto, e' molto funzionale. Stanza e bagno di ampie metrature, letti molto comodi e buon segnale Wi-Fi. La colazione offre una vastissima gamma di prodotti di altissimo livello che definirei eccezionale. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Buono il livello di pulizia. Ampio parcheggio. Valido anche il ristorante a prezzi accessibili. La bella piscina non e' riscaldata e pertanto non utilizzabile nei mesi freddi.

Favor renovar el hotel pronto.

Es un buen hotel pero está pidiendo a gritos una renovación, las alfombras, los baños, en general se debería renovar completo. El personal muy amable. El Restaurant es muy simple y queda con precios altos dado lo simple y básico.

Un hotel que necesita restauración

Hotels.com se equivocó en la reserva pues pedí una pieza para tres y me ofreció una con una cama King donde “deberíamos” dormir 3…. En el hotel me dijeron que esa pieza era para DOS. Sugiero e insisto que Hotels se preocupe de la información que nos da!!

Pésima experiencia como cliente

Llegamos tarde al Hotel ahí me entero que mi pieza es en el 2do piso SIN ASCENSOR y debí subir mis maletas y cooler solo. Luego nos cortaron el agua app. a las 11 PM por una "mantención". La verdad que el Hotel está viejo y mal mantenido, nos metieron en una pieza antigua con 3 camas (eramos 2), y finalmente el valor pagado está muy lejos de ser barato para el calamitoso estado de este Hotel.

Mala experiencia por cambio en las fechas

Hice cambios en la fecha de llegada a traves de la web de hoteles.com y se produjo una descoordinacion. Cuando llegue al hotel no tenian habitaciones disponibles y me pasaron a una triple, que no cumple los estandares para una estadia de negocios.

Precio habitación reservada por hoteles.com

El valor dado al momento de reservar por hoteles.com fué de $77.000 incluyendo impuestos y servicios. Al momento de presentarnos para el Check Inn, me indicaron que debían agregar el IVA. Finalmente luego de insistir al momento de abandonar el Hotel, me respetaron el valor ofrecido por hoteles.com. Sugiero ser más acuciosos con la información que entregan a los clientes.

La peor experiencia de nuestras vacaciones

Me fue muy mal. Las habitaciones oscuras y antiguas. El lugar en medio de ventas de vehículos y zona comercial. La atención muy deciente y además pretendieron cobrar más de lo acordado.Les explicamos nuestra incomodidad sobre todo comparado con la excelente experiencia que tuvimos el día anterior en el hotel de la misma empresa en Talca. El hotel Diego de Almagro de Los Ángeles no vale la pena.

Aire Acondicionado falla en un dia de 35 C!

La habitacion estaba ok, a pesar de que tuve que matar dos mosquitos. El problema mayor fue que el aire acondicionado fallo y no funciono despues de las 12 de la noche. El hotel estaba lleno, no era posible cambiarse de habitacion. Solicite un descuento al dia siguiente, lo que fue denegado
