I’ve stayed in this place a few times usually on the second floor with no issues but lately they been giving me the first floor and is not the greatest .. tv wouldn’t work at all

Checking in was fine but the next morning I woke up at 4:30 AM went straight to the shower and the shower did not work. I tried several ways to make it work (of course,without forcing anything) And the shower still didn’t work, So I went to see the guy at the desk and explain to him about the shower, not working at all, there was water running, but the water wouldn’t go to the showerhead. I explained that to the guy and he told me I had to wait until 7 o’clock for the manager to come into the property. I told him he was crazy. He thought I was gonna wait until 7 AM, I told him that I had an appointment at 6 AM. Please give me another room with a Working shower, Which he refused. So I’m asking you to give me my money back, It is absurd that you Expedia deal with such motels,I urge you Expedia, To talk in immediately with the property manager and explain what happened to me that morning, And please tell him that I am requesting my money back. It is absolutely unacceptable. What happened to me in that room, And I will hold you, Expedia Accountable for that.

Room was nicely prepared, the price was affordable, only thing that was not okay was the sink, it was slightly clogged, but over all, everything was amazing

Very very very dirty , cockroaches everywhere, very disgusting- the shower was very dirty , no microwave inside the rooms , no sheet cover for the bed, lamps had no light bulbs , it smelled very bad like old people . I do not recommend.

For a motel that is confident in their no refund policy. They really should be checking their cleanliness, their trashed furniture, marked up walls, and their pest control. As I found four cockroaches in our room and the BEST they could do is switch rooms. I was livid. I much rather have slept on the street. 0 of 0 would not recommend even for a quick “rest”. Even now I have not received a refund or response. Yet you consider yourselves part of the hospitality industry. Where is the hospitality in this? It’s not to the consumer that’s for sure.

Overall, I think this place is a good enough last minute booking and stay. The service was a bit rude, but the room I had was acceptional and nobody bothers you. Also. The price is very affordable..

When I checked in instead of just using my credit card that I reserved with, they had me leave $20 cash but no coins. I had to drive to an ATM to get cash or else use the one here & get a jacked up fee. The room itself has 2 towels but no hand towel or washcloth. It has a refrigerator but no microwave, which I asked for. And it has 2 thin pillows, a top & bottom sheet, and a bed cover but no blanket.

The property is located on a corner of a major intersection and there's one way in and out unto the major street. Gettingbinto the property you have to paas it up, go to the bext block turn around and come back down just to enter the property.

Customer service was terrible, the man in the office was rude and disrespectful. The room itself was dirty and the small couch in the room was dirty with black stains, it was gross to look at. The toilet paper had stains on the side, the sheets had cigarette burn all over. The TV was stuck on one channel. Overall wouldn’t recommend.
