Checking in was fine but the next morning I woke up at 4:30 AM went straight to the shower and the shower did not work. I tried several ways to make it work (of course,without forcing anything) And the shower still didn’t work, So I went to see the guy at the desk and explain to him about the shower, not working at all, there was water running, but the water wouldn’t go to the showerhead. I explained that to the guy and he told me I had to wait until 7 o’clock for the manager to come into the property. I told him he was crazy. He thought I was gonna wait until 7 AM, I told him that I had an appointment at 6 AM. Please give me another room with a Working shower, Which he refused.
So I’m asking you to give me my money back, It is absurd that you Expedia deal with such motels,I urge you Expedia, To talk in immediately with the property manager and explain what happened to me that morning, And please tell him that I am requesting my money back. It is absolutely unacceptable. What happened to me in that room, And I will hold you, Expedia Accountable for that.
