"Had the absolute pleasure of staying at Haven Hall Hotel in July 2025. David and Arielle, who own the property are the heart and soul of the place. Their hospitality is second to none The hotel itself is simply stunning – a serene escape that truly lifts you away from the everyday world. Nestled in a peaceful setting, it boasts immaculate grounds, a heated pool, tennis court, sauna, and rolling green lawns perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of tea while taking in the breathtaking sea views. One of the unexpected highlights? The hotel’s own adorable dog, Maisie. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention – everything was spotless, and the thoughtful touches, like the evening turndown chocolates were well appreciated."

"This charming boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially the kind receptionist who helped with my luggage after a long journey. The hotel feels like a hidden gem, with its cozy, elegant décor, velvet sofas, and soft music creating a peaceful atmosphere. The garden is beautifully kept, featuring loungers and a partial sea view, while the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect for relaxing. One small downside: a few guests took towels and blankets, which was disheartening, especially for a family-run place that puts so much care into every detail. Breakfast was a highlight. As someone who’s gluten- and lactose-free, I was impressed by how easily and kindly the staff accommodated me—and the food was delicious. My room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and I appreciated the personal touch of the animal-loving owners. I’d absolutely return. "We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room my husband has COPD so we couldnt go back out for food as he knew he couldnt manage those stairs again - we were offered a different room lower down the building if we wanted to pay the extra bedside lamp was falling off the wall it smelled really musty the bed linen was white so could see it was clean but overall I wish I had booked somewhere else - overall the building needs updating ripped carpets need replacing etc "
