"This is a pretty boutique hotel, and we had a very nice room and bathroom. We didn't have any hand soap or body wash for the shower--I am sure they just forgot-- but the room had nice amenities, such as a minibar, easy to use plugs, big towels, plenty of light, all in all it was clean and comfortable. There is an elevator inside, but this is simply not an accessible building--even with the elevator, there are places with steps, and up to the front entrance is a good set of stone stairs! There...

"We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size."
