"The hotel is really new and modern, and the staff are lovely. But overall it is COMPLETELY unprepared to handle the volume it is currently pushing with tour groups. Just two staff members and two printed menus to service the entire restaurant each evening. Tour groups all depart at approx the same time which means there is 120 people descending upon the restaurant for breakfast at once - again, it was completely unable to cope, with one poor guy rushing madly around trying to do everything. "This apartment is lovely, well equipped, and roomy. The linens and towels are high quality and generously stocked. The location is convenient to tourist sites in the old town and close to the tram and bus stops. The cancellation policy is very accommodating: our flight was cancelled (twice) by striking pilots and then rebooked for a later date and we were able to cancel the days we were late at the last minute. This apartment is perfect!"
