"Had a super lovely stay at the Basecamp Hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, lovely and cosy atmosphere at the hotel with great breakfast. It was quiet and located conveniently. Absolutely recommend staying there."

"This place is on the pricey side, but is by far the nicest hotel in Longyearbyen. The staff, the room, the food, and the hotel itself are all amazing. The included breakfast is excellent. The hotel itself is located on one of the highest locations in town, so there is a bit of an uphill climb back to the hotel after a day of exploring, but not an issue. Special thanks to Tina and Maiju at reception, and Daniel in the dining room for providing above and beyond amazing service."

"Location of hotel The Vault is perfect. Breakfast is good, but very much the same every day. The staff gives good service! I have been a guest many times, and I will come back."

The location is at the top of the high street (before Nybyen) so...

"Nice facilities, very spacious room! Shower was really nice, also contained a washing machine and dishwasher (powder and tablets for both included). Super convenient as shops very nearby and easy for tour/activity pickups."

"Lugar limpio y agradable"

We went back to the reception again to change the room. And then everything seemed OK with the warming heater. The room is quite old and a lot if dirts, not well cleaned. So this must be improved. The breakfast is great, variety of choices with good qualities. I'm a Radisson's gold member, that has gold benefits, such as complementary...
