"Such a lovely historical building but like the rest of Blackpool needs a bit of tlc. Room itself was ok but let down by the bathroom and the fact it hadn't been cleaned properly with fluff and hair still on floor from previous occupants. "We had a refurbished room which was pleasant but there was a lot of direct behind the bedside cupboard. The check in was very very slow. 2 staff on check in one of which was her first day."
