TV not in working condition, had to call the technician up to resolve it, took 30-40 minutes. A little unhappy with it, as a 5 star hotel should not make such a silly mistake. They should ensure that before guest checked in everything should be working fine. Overall it’s a nice stay, still have room for improvement. "

I especially loved the tropical plants in the common areas—they’re so lively and well cared for, adding a vibrant touch to the space. They also provide bikes, and this area is perfect for riding around. Biking through the vineyards was such a relaxing highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this is a great place to relax and unwind—I can imagine it being a wonderful stay any time of the year."
