We staid at room H11, two beds, no kitchen. The room was clean, everything was in excellent conditions. We didn’t read that they don’t have any TV channels or Internet, you need to use your cellphone as a hotspot. The only complain that we have is about the restaurant. We went to eat the dinner, but it was too windy so we decided to take out the food to our room (1 pizza and 2 sides), unfortunate our server was not friendly and we had to wait around 45 min just for the pizza. I was very disappoint it. The place is amazing, the marina is beautiful and they have a lot of places for the kids. Hope to come back soon.

The cottage we stayed in was good really had everything we needed ….however there wasn’t a closet to hang clothing …or dresser to put things out …the floor was spongy in areas and had some odour of dampness … it was great for 2 people although it slept 6 but certainly not adults may 2 adults and 2 kids … great to have 2 bathrooms ..overall it was perfect for our 4 day visit ..

The property was nice and had almost all the amenities we were seeking. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and musical offerings. The service at the onsite restaurant could have been better, but this is about the property. My one complaint is that there was no cable or satellite signal for the TV. Thankfully, I was able to project my phone to the TV.

It was not at all what I expected No TV service I am 67 years old and was not able to enjoy my room with air conditioning becouse nothing to do no tv when I called the office I becouse someone did a poop in the pool I was told just to relax and enjoy the beautiful day are you kidding me I could do that at home $700.00 cheaper I will never go here again to festia key resort truely disappointed

Not very enjoyable the staff there seems nice at first, but feels like following every step you make, we are private people, felt very intrusive and nosy. manager There is very short with her clients, and this was the second time and probably the last time we were there. before we had an issue with her as well. We figured it was a one time thing it’s not.

A great weekend getaway!
Absolutely loved the resort! The kids and i had an amazing weekend. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the grounds are well maintained and the fellow vacationers are all super sweet!

The property is beautiful! We stayed in the cabins and they were cute! The only thing I would have liked to have been better would have been the tv situation for the evening time. There is no internet or tv channels at all . If the tvs were updated to smart tvs then you could atleast hook your phone to it.

Its a beautiful resort, but tons of rules.
We started going there when KOA owned it. 30 years ago. Our parents brought us. Then we brought our kids. Now we bring our kids and grandkids. We love it there however, when you pay that kind of money, you should get all the amenities. There was no TV. No internet. No housekeeping. And some of the rules are a bit excessive. We had 4 rooms, spent about 2000$ a day between us all and when our brother came to stay, they wouldn't let him come in 2 hours early. They he canceled his room (950.00$ for 2 nights) because they wouldn't just let him come in with all of us to wait 2 hours for his room. For the most part, it was a great time, all of the people that worked there, besides the manager at the front desk, was wonderful. And security at the gate wasn't very friendly. I just think when you spend that kind of money to stay somewhere, we should be treated wonderful by all employees. We will reconsider staying there again.

Dod pop in the bathroom on a non animal allowed room. No WiFi, No tv towels only for when shower for the pool you have you buy or bring your own from home/ Everything was super dirty overall

We stayed in their motel.. Newly renovated, the room was beautiful and modern. The property is maintained immaculately and the ocean view is breath-taking. We did feel that the vendor who sold them their mattresses owes them a refund or upgrade. Our mattress was so soft that your body seemed to sink through it and land on the hard wooden bed frame. We are sincerely hoping this can be corrected as we would really love to come back!

My two friends & i stayed in a cottage like room & it was very clean and came with a kitchen which we were not expecting. Everyone was so friendly, the restaurant was great, the pool was very nice as well.

Liked the beach/pool area. Did not like having to buy coffee for room, no hand soap , no chair or microwave and low choice of tv channels and no WiFi.
