"This property is in an ideal location for access to the transit systems. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the air train station in Jamaica Avenue and the subway and LIRR stations which provide easy access to all areas of New York, particularly its an easy straight shot to Manhattan on the E Train or LIRR. I’d caution that while the walk to and from the air train is quite manageable it could be difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. With just a back pack and carry on it’s extremely easy navigate. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a new build and overall generally quite nice. The breakfast is ok enough, but not fantastic. My greatest concern is that the surrounding neighbourhood was some what sketchy with odd characters around… but maybe that’s just New York. But for sure I felt the need to be indoors before it was too late at night , however during the day it’s perfect, lots of activity and I felt safe. Overall good experience. Would stay there again. Primarily for the convenience of the location, the size and comfort of the rooms and overall condition of the hotel."

"Former warehouse newly converted into modern minimalist chic hotel with a funky vibe. Concrete flloor, spacious rooms with tall ceilings, modern bathroom and large shower with amazing water pressure. Temp controlled room. Lighting sparse especially in bathroom. All necessary ament. Heart of Brooklyn."

"The room was cleaner than expected, and the location was very convenient for accessing Manhattan. However, the air conditioner was in poor condition, and the toilet malfunctioned. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the maintenance could be improved."

"When you walk into this centrally located hotel at JFK, it's hard to believe you're actually at JFK. Plentiful dining, courteous staff, soundproof rooms that are very clean. Close to T5 parking and airtrain. I will definitely return."
