"The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. They offered us a free upgrade because we were Canadian and so happy to welcome us. I also saw on multiple occasions that they went above and beyond helping out other guests. We loved our stay!"

"Don't let the streetside appearance of the property sway your decision to visit. Once they complete all the landscaping and sign appearance certainly will enhance the entrance. Staff always asked us if we needed anything during our stay. Views from our 2nd floor river view room and balcony were fabulous. Complete with Binoculars in the rooms to watch ship movements along the columbia river. Although the beds were low and a bit uncomfortable the pillows and overall room and property cleanliness was excellent. We will stop in again if we travel thru Astoria."
