"The young man who checked in was very helpful and kind. (I need to start writing names down...) Check in was a breeze and I was in my room in no time. I alway travel with my dog, and that is very helpful, especially in hot weather! The room itself was great! Mine had a little mini-kitchen, which is also helpful when traveling with pets. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The surrounding area is safe. It is in a multi property grouping, which i always appreciate, because it gives much better lighting for the surrounding parking areas. There are many dining options in the area. I never got up in time for breakfast, but based on the selection they posted, it sounded really plentiful and good! I had originally booked a stay elsewhere and never finished checking in because the owner started playing money games with my reservation, so this was a last minute booking. I am so happy I ended up switching because I was so happy with my stay. Next time I visited area I will definitely come back!"

"Let me start with the positives. Bed and couch were both comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Quick and easy check in, friendly staff, very accommodating. Breakfast area was very clean and the staff member there was beyond kind and helpful, she was lovely. Then, the morning desk staff member, Kendra, was more than understanding and willing to listen to my disappointment with the disabled room. The shower was tiled in such a manner that water literally flooded the bathroom and bedroom., a huge slipping hazard for a person already dealing with mobility issues! Add to that a rolling chair for seating at a table where its placement has no access to desk lighting. Overall poor design of the room. But let me end this review to address the most important asset to this Hampton Inn, Kendra. And thank her once again for her hospitality."
