"The front desk employee Stephanie- identified herself as a manager and didn’t want to provide me with a receipt of my stay because she said I booked it with a 3rd party. That makes no sense, I paid at the hotel and I should be able to receive a receipt for what I paid for!"

"Check in was a breeze. The young man that checked me in was very polite and even offered to help carry our luggage to the room as my husband has back and spine issues and we were on the second floor. Good customer service goes a long way in my book. I will book with ApT again."
