Sehr schönes Hotel und schöne Zimmer. Das Buffet essen war sehr gut und für Kinder gibt es genug Unterhaltung. Ca. 5-10 minuten zu fuß bis zur Loibersdorf Therme. Parkplätze sind genug. Live musik am abend bei der Bar 😊

Außen hui - innen uij - Mitarbeiter retten vieles!

Von außen betrachtet ist das Hotel (obwohl nicht optimal zur Therme gelegen) sehr schön&modern! Auch der Empfang ist gemütlich, gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein! Leider sind (n. Rücksprache) gut die H. der Zimmer nicht mehr state of the art, bzw. rechtfertigen keinesfalls die besteh. Preise (ohne Thermeneintritt). Unser Zimmer war ob der vielen Jahre am "Buckel" schon sehr abgewohnt. Die Wände sind gefühlt aus Papier - bedeutet man muss jeglicher Konversation, etc. zu jeder Tages- u. Nachtzeit sämtlicher Zimmernachbarn live und hautnah beiwohnen. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel konnte d. Problem leider keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die TV's empfangen gut 4/5 aller angeboten "normalen" Sender (z.B. ORF) nicht, bzw. in indiskutabler Netzqualität, was prinzipiell bei einem Entspannungsu. auch nicht unb. notwendig ist, allerdings wenn schon angeboten dann bitte auch wirklich! Auf das wifi möchte ich gar nicht erst eingehen - dieses besteht offenkundig nur am Papier. Im Badz. sind keine Steckdosen vorhanden (2021?)!!! Die Wellnesslandschaft ist prinzipiell (abgesehen von den lieblosen Liegeplätzen) gut ausgestattet und modern, war jedoch aufgrund der geringen Lp. leider immer überfüllt und somit nicht nutzbar. Darüber hinaus ist der Lärmpegel selbst in den Ruheräumen enorm hoch. Im Hotelgang fühlt man sich in ein uralt LasVegasTeppichCasino versetzt - hier bedarf es dringend einer Generalsan.. Absolutes Highlight ist das Restaurant (v.a. das Frühstücksbuffet) und die freundlichen&bemühten MA!

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Zimmer sehr schön, Essen super, Therme und hoteleigenes Spa (Saunalandschaft) sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Service war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hatten ein schönes Wochenende mit tollen Saunaaufgüssen im Schaffelbad. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Leider wurde im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt der Mittagssnack völlig gestrichen und man muss in einem der Thermen Restaurants Essen gehen. Abends an der Hotelbar gabs einen sehr coolen Sänger, der für Stimmung sorgte.

This place is mainly for Austrians. One person spoke English. Sometimes I like that but not this time. We got to the restaurant at 9pm. They close at 930. They want you gone at 930 and told us to get our food quickly and kept looking at their watches. There are the thermal pools which is a huge pool with slides and water jets. It’s pretty cool but there is no instructions how to get in with your wrist fob. I tracked down someone staying there who spoke English to explain. It was just a bit annoying. Not easy for foreigners. But the hotel is clean and nice.

Entspannung und Genuss pur!

Die Reise war toll. Wir kamen an und würden gleich sehr freundlich begrüßt, man könnte bis vor das hotel fahren und das Auto wurde dann von den Angestellten geparkt . Man bekam auch gleich ein Aperitif und so fing der Urlaub schon toll an . Unser Zimmer war das Premium Deluxe Zimmer und es war auch schon früher fertig also könnten wir gleich hinein. Es war den Preis wirklich wert ! Wunderschön eingerichtet und das Badezimmer war auch sehr toll ! An der Rezeption haben wir noch erklärt bekommen wie wir zur Therme gelangen und dann zum Abendessen . Also gingen wir in die Therme und später dann zum Abendessen . Vom essen sind wir beide immernoch begeistert. Man bekommt eine karte auf der Suppe, Vorspeisen , Hauptspeisen und Nachspeisen oben stehen aber es ist alles ein Buffet und man kann sich von allem etwas nehmen. Außerdem gibt es immer zwei Gerichte mit Fleisch , eines mit Fisch und eines ganz vegetarisch . Das Personal war auch hier sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen gerne weitergeholfen . Das Ambiente des Restaurants war ebenfalls sehr schön . Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag hat ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen gelassen, ob Müsli, Spiegelei , ham and eggs oder einfach Brötchen mit verschiedenen aufstreichen und Wurst ... Das Highlight für mich war das man sich selbst einen Saft machen konnte , aus Gurken, Apfel und Karotte... Der mittagssnack war mit Salat und Suppe super ausreichend ! Alles in allem ein super hotel, ich komme wieder!

Top Restaurant und Top Lage

Das Hotel besticht durch seine Top Lage an der Therme Loipersdorf, die durch einen Verbindungsgang zu erreichen ist.Service und Restaurant sind außergewöhnlich.Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Toll ist auch,dass man am Abreisetag ohne Aufpreis die Therme mitbenutzen kann. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der hoteleigene Pool ist sehr klein und hat wenig Charme. Auch die hoteleigene Sauna ist ausbaufähig. Durch die Nähe zur Therme aber nicht wirklich relevant.

Very pleasant hotel with all conforts expected of a hotel of this category plus its own sauna, wet rooms and swimming pool separate from the funpark and therme, which are much emptier and quieter. Very nice lobby; easy check in and check out . Use of prepaid watches makes additional purchases in the resort very easy. Food buffet was really good.

Was there for six days, air did not work at night the ENTIRE TIME. I was told by the front desk that it was broken at night. I asked to speak with the owner, she was very rude and told me it worked the front desk lady didnt know what she was talking about and insisted that i just didnt know how to work the air at night. When i got to the room that evening I asked the NEW front desk lady if there was an air issue and she said 'yes, only at night and it would be fixed the following day' i left the following day.
