"Room smelled like straight smoke. I went immediately back to the front desk to ask for the different room the lady wanted to send a cleaner just to spray some type of solution which only made it worse. I had to leave and check into another hotel because the staff wouldn’t change my room. The front desk told me that they control who smokes or don’t. Never will I stay again"

"for one thing the air-conditioning is ether gonna leave you hot or cold. There’s no in between the actual rooms and actual hotel looks like it has been renovated in years. There are stains everywhere in the carpet not to mention in our suite there was a hole that was patched up in a really bad condition to be more specific room 217. The only thing that was a saving grace was the price, the housekeepers, and one front desk attendant he should be the manager of that hotel. The other front desk attended that helped me on both Saturdays and the manager we’re both a complete waste of time did not help me at all when our lights were off told us we would have a microwave in our hotel which it did not only to be told that microwaves are only available in upgraded suites not to mention the room itself was not cleaned correctly, but I do not blame the house attendance I blame the managers. Sonesta representatives please check this hotel."

"Room was good and clean. However bed cover had dirty spots. We had to change room. Also, restaurant was closed, so no breakfast or dinner. What kind of resort has no working restaurant? "

"The room had an odor smelling as if they mopped with dirty water or something g. It was not a clean fresh scent. I’m glad I had some spray. They need to make sure when cleaning that they’re using fresh water and nothing old. You can always smell it. "

"The blankets were dirty they had food or blood on them. Staff behind the check in and check out counter were rude and not helpful at all! The people cleaning were very nice. They breakfast was okay my kids liked it. Coffee was great! Parking was fine as well. "
