Excellent facilities and great value for money

Very comfortable stay in a Delux King Room, with sun soaked balcony overlooking gardens and the pool. Very quiet and peaceful. The room/bathroom could do with an update and some deep cleaning (walls, doors etc.) but was perfectly adequate and comfortable. The bed itself was clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area and gardens. Great selection of breakfast in a nicely decorated, meticulously clean restaurant area which overlooked the pool. Pool itself and communal areas were beautifully clean and tidy.

Never recommend for family

The first room had a problem with broken light and a plastic bag in the closet that looked the previous guest left. I changed the room and, the second room had another problem with heating system. My family and I had been cold all the night, even though the lady from reception gave me a small heater.

AC not working. Very poor service. Restauraunt was lacking staff, had to go inside the kitchen to find someone. 10min later a very annoyed server brought a menu, which was not very fun. Breakfast was barely worth wasting time for. At this point i was decided to never come back. Forgot a laptop (€70) charger in the room. Not even a reply to my email asking about it. No, go somewhere else.

Poolen var toppen i ett varmt Lodz men den utomhus är rätt smutsig tyvärr. Frukosten var av den samma varje dag och mindre bra. Äggen var gröna, yoghurt och flingor sötade och kaffet kasst ingen frukt.

Kort vistelse i två dagar

Jag stannade på hotellet över natten i två dagar men jag nyttjade inte pool/spa. Frukosten var mycket god och det fanns ett mycket bra utbud av både varma och kalla rätter. Städningen var mycket bra. Den enda nackdelen med hotellet är att det är lite äldre och det märks på detaljerna att t.ex. färgen släpper i taket på badrummet men om man inte störs av detaljer som dessa så tycker jag att detta var ett mycket bra hotell där personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Vi havde booked én nat, men det blev til 3 nætter, fordi det passede perfekt til os. Vi nød roen, hotellets faciliteter, lækker sund mad, og det lå tæt på store butikker og park.

Große Enttäuschung

Das Ambasador war mal ein schmuckes Haus. Leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es einen erheblichen Renovierungsstau. Die Matratze war durchgelegen. Der Duschkopf spritzte. An Ostern gab es kein Frühstück, sondern nur ein „Lunchpaket“ mit am Vortag belegten Brötchen. Ingesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis negativ. Ich werde das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Niby ładnie ale ...

Generalnie OK, hotel może nie najnowszy ale wizerunkowo ładny. Dobra kuchnia, szerokie menu, rewelacyjne śniadania. Duży minus za stan pokoi, klima zablokowana bo zima ale kaloryfery na full bo brak regulatorów. Więc albo otwarte okno i temperatura parkingu albo piekło bo kaloryfer na maxa. Dodatkowo projektant pokoju miał wizję, włącznik nocnej lampki 2m od łóżka - mnie ręki nie starcza, trzeba wstać. I dodatkowo brak kontaktu przy łóżku, telefonu nie naładujesz, 1 gniazdko w pokoju po drugiej stronie.

El personal muy amable. La habitación estaba sucia y las camas son muy antiguas. Olía a habitación vieja y no cuidada. No volvería a ese hotel porque aunque la cena fue exquisita y el personal amable las instalaciones tienen que cambiarlas.
