2) Area around the property i.e. off site not really tailored to tourists"
"The staff at the Alena was very warm, welcoming & helpful. I only had one issue with my stay, which was everytime we turned on the shower we got a urine odor as though the previous guest urinated "
"This villa was so spacious for 8 pax and the pool was amazing. I was blown away with the hospitality of the housekeepers, they were so helpful and even borrowed a pool basket for us to enjoy a dining experience in the pool. This location is quite out of the way and inaccessible to the main road. However, it is very tranquil and quiet. Would recommend a stay here for a day or two."
"First and foremost the people here really took good care of me and my family. Communication was easy, their response time was fast. The villa we stayed at is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable we had a good rest there. It was also easy to set up spa treatments. The food they prepared is also restaurant quality. All in all, I would highly recommend families and couples to stay at this property if you’re visiting Bali. Many activities to do. "
