"Travelled with my friend and her kid. We didn’t get two queen beds which we booked. Didn’t get beddings for the couch to sleep on. Place didn’t have continental breakfast."

"The staff was helpful and friendly but there was a smell in the room as if someone had smoked there but it was at least mostly clean. There were burn holes in the blanket and strange sticky goop stuck to the floor. The shower didn't get very hot but was warm enough to use. I also didn't like that there was only one entrance. It was not very convenient. Rooms weren't very sound proof either so I could hear tvs around me."

"Hot water in the shower was an issue"
