"Location 10 minute drive to town. We were in Annex lower level with small private patio. Breakfast was nice but service had slow start at 7:00. No idea of rooms in main building."

"Nice little room in a large victorian manor, even though the room's decor didn't fit with the house. The arrival and departure was 100% autonomous and easy-going. There is more than enough parking spacw on site. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the center of Inverness, or less than 5 minutes by car."

"The property was easy to find, communication was good, and the location worked well for our needs, with a quick drive into Inverness. Street parking was also easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was quite tired and not particularly comfortable. There was an odd, musty odor on the first floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. The shower had only fair to low water pressure. The biggest issue was the beds. Each bedroom had two very narrow beds that felt smaller than...

"Many thoughtful amenities. Sleeps an intimate two, not three as promised on both Expedia and another booking site. Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Daughter and I enjoyed this last minute booking but felt a bit bait and switched. Exceptionally clean, well appointed suburban backyard unit."

"Alles bestens, Die Unterkunft wurde in den letzten Jahren erneuert. Es ist nicht mehr die Unterkunft wie es in den alten Bewertungen beschrieben wird. Preis-Leistingsverhältnis super."

"The location was great, good food and beautiful property."

"Small rooms but well appointed. Great restaurant and solid breakfast. The water pressure is worth the price of admission—best shower!"

"The Palace is in a great location , easy walking across the bridge to the Old Town and the Inverness Castle and Museum. Staff are delightful and eager to please. The breakfast is quite good."

"There was parking on site and a homemade breakfast. The owners were also flexible with our plans."

"Food was fabulous!! The staff was helpful and our was clean."

"Check in and access codes was a little confusing for me at first because of all the apps & online stuff you do now days but the # you call for assistance someone was always helpful, basically did not have any problems just my lack of understanding process"

"Rooms were spread across different locations- houses- which made our larger group of four more difficult to coordinate. No elevators but the rooms were nice and the staff as well."

"Beautifully decorated room! They thought of every little detail with fresh milk for tea and refillable bottled water in the fridge. Spacious room and very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!"

"Perfectly fine lodging… staff a little scattered!"

"The location is very good, with a 15 minute walk to the train station, and a 30 minute taxi from the airport. The property is decently appointed, breakfast was fine, and the only evening noise was from the bar. (To be fair, we did have an open window) Do ask for one of the nicer rooms - the first room they gave us was in no way acceptable (in need of refurbishing, no elevator, quite shabby) but they quickly found a much nicer room when we asked. The food and service were very good and the...
