"Lovely, spacious rooms and delightful staff. Dinner menu was fantastic and we took up the offer for packed lunches (sandwich, yoghurt, crisps and delicious rocky road) for our continuing NC500 journey which were excellent and very inexpensive. Loved the laid back atmosphere, we felt comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend! "

"The breakfast was excellent, i chose the Scottish Cooked Breakfast is was well cooked with quality ingredients. The other items fruit juice jams were also high quality. The bedroom was well decorated but perhaps a little on the small side. Our ensuite bathroom was freshly renovated and spotless. Fiona and Richard the hotel owners were excellent hosts. Drumbeg is a lovely location with sea and inland loch views."

"This hotel is located in a remote stunningly beautiful location. The staff we met named Angelo and Ria were charming friendly and efficient. We enjoyed Breakfast and Dinner, the food was nicely presented and very tasty. Our bedroom and bathroom were pleasant, bed comfortable, but in my opinion could benefit from some updating. Someone suggested to me that the hotel reminded them of being straight out of an Agatha Christie novel -I must say it struck a chord with me! Recommended."

"This pod is bigger than it looks we were over the moon. Unfortunately we were only staying one night . In the morning we had 8 deer in the field opposite our pod. Excellent welcome pack with milk and breakfast items plus 4 eggs. We wished we had been staying longer"

"House was nice and clean, stocked with some of the basics you like to find (salt& pepper, washing liquids etc). The hosts made contact and offered to light the fire for our arrival which we were grateful for having got rather wet in the morning. We were also able to do a load of laundry before continuing our road trip. The local was a bit of a hidden gem being in between the Lochs, the access by harbour was great and our boys really enjoyed having the place to themselves for a while. It was a very welcome stop"

"Although lovely and clean and exactly as described, after hotels and a cottage the Pod was a bit small for us with hindsight. Was warm and well-equipped and is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches."
