"Had a very upsetting incident with one of the chefs, however the rest of the staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond. Mirrors in room looked like they had been cleaned with a dirty cloth very smeared. Breakfast was lovely apart from last day of holiday."

"This place is beautiful and is in a stunning location. The views of the Welsh hills and farmland were gorgeous. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of happy sheep in the nearby field! We had great fun firing up the hot tub (which is much bigger than it looks on the photos). We weren't overlooked at all and we had a great night's sleep on the super-comfy beds.

"Staff were lively and helpful. Room was clean but the hotel is aging with ceiling plaster cracked and falling, hot water not working efficiently. Breakfast was great and free parking helpful."
