"Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer a refund. Nothing!!! This property says Marriot but it is a managed and owned property of Image Hotels. A night of terror for us and not one offering of compensation for the nightmare stay. Stay Clear!!! "

"I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I can’t even begin to name all the things wrong. On top of all of that, their INDOOR POOL was closed due to being “out of season,” their entire building reeked of weed, and the lady at the front desk was very snarky and rude to my family."

"The property appeared to have been built quite recently. It is located on a quiet street, and boasts sufficient off-street parking. Check-in and out went well without issues. The room was nice; comfortable, quiet, and with an interesting floor plan that made it seem much larger than most. A breafast buffet and 24/7 coffee were most welcome. We.enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and the two large TV's (with Netflix access, no less!). The only demerits would be for the thin, scratchy towels -- not worthy of the property -- along with the difficulty of acquiring them. Onver the course of our 5-night stay, we never received maid service, and were relegated to going to the front desk every evening to request towels, coffee, etc. One night the hotel was completely OUT of towels...just imagine that. That was the ONLY drawback, though. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay."

"All in all a very well maintained facility. But for the price, the rooms are good but not great and the bath shower combination in the bathrooms was very slippery and dangerous for seniors."

"If I was able to give 0 stars I would have. The first room we rented was filthy, AC was missing the cover and didnt work and the curtain was hanging by the corner. We requested a different room which had a working AC but was just as dirty and unmaintained. The pictures are not up to date and do not represent the horrid state of this motel."
