This place needs a serious update. Our shower had rust all along the bottom. Sink was dirty and had hair in it. Toilet kept running. There was a bug crawling on the nightstand. Elevator was not working…. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place unless they hired some more help & underwent a remodel.

The elevator is out of order. The night guy who is a young person, did not take out the old coffee and make fresh before he left. He made bacon and sausage but did not make the eggs or the gravy! Nor was there any hot water for the tea. Also, our tv has been converted to Spanish and your staff was unable to convert it back. So we could not watch the news or wind down. You couldn’t even click on those channels to watch them in Spanish if you wanted too. I believe your cleaning crew is using that room for their breaks whatever. Your front desk lady tried her best to fix it but she couldn’t get the tv to work either. This property needs some qualified help. Clean otherwise.

Elevators didn’t work and our room was in the 3rd floor. Ice makers didn’t work. No toilet paper holders. Under construction. Almost no food on the breakfast buffet. Dirty. Stained pillows.

The promised breakfast wasn't available. The elevator didn't work. The couch in our was completely wore out. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The microwave worked once, then tripped a breaker. I won't be staying there anytime soon.

Horrible. The elevator was not working in which you failed to notify me. Had a difficult time climbing 3 flights off stairs. I have respiratory issues. Not happy about this at all. Toulet seat dirty and hairs on thre wall. Parking very limited due to all the construction material and construction trucks taking up the space. Will never stay there again. The bed was hard and pillows had no support

Disappointed
I had to move rooms 3 times for a one night stay. 1st room, locks didn't work and couldn't get in the room. 2nd Room, TV was broke, and 3rd room was ok, ac didn't work well.

Options are limited in this small town. Arrived at check-in around 10pm. No one there to check me in. Waited for about 10 minutes then when the attendant arrived, he notified me that the elevator wasn't working and I was on the 2nd floor. Insane to have to make multiple trips upstairs since I had multiple bags and had a hurt back, so I asked if they had a room downstairs. They said yes, but it would be an upcharge. What? You're elevator is broken, so to accommodate me, for your broken elevator, I had to incur an upcharge to stay downstairs??? This is the type of service that drives customers away. Since I pre-booked from Expedia, it was non-refundable, so I paid the upcharge. I'll be back frequently to this town for business, but I won't be booking here.

Rooms very dirty, pipes burst in walls in the both rooms. Put me in a room that was not supposed to be booked because of plumbing issues and the room they put me in the pipes burst in walls. Elevator had been out for a log time and it was very hard bringing all items up flights of stairs. Night crew and Manager rude and disrespectful. Trash and debris in hallways. It was a Hotel stay from HELL!!!

Do not recommend
When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the elevator was out of service and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had a party who is disabled and had to climb up and down the stairs. He was and still is NOT very happy. He will NEVER stay at this property again. When we got into the room, the TV did not work, and one of the beds was not made. Hotels.com should post whether or not there is construction going on at ANY property so a person can make a informed decision on where to stay. I feel I should be refunded for my stay.

Was not up to standards expected in a LaQuinta. Grass was needing mowing, lobby was under construction, and police car and ambulance in driveway when we arrived made us worry a little. The room next to ours was damaged and back door was propped open with trash can.

No starts for this place
The staff is great. The building is good.The furniture was TORN and DIRTY.The room was a suite and there was not 1 chair to sit on just a broken love seat. The lamp shades were cracked.Room was not ready then after it was "ready" the microwave had dirty food patches and 2 sodas were left in the fridge.Toilet paper holder was broken from the wall and just left there. This place was WAY OVER PRICED for the quality.450 for 3 nights is ridiculous for this condition. It was just rundown period..Signs everywhere saying under construction but did not see any going on.The fold out loveseat bed was TORN all over. My grandson refused to sleep there and we had to share the bed with him. It was TERRIBLE.

NO HOT TUB
We arrived a day early and checked in for our vacation. The hot tub in the pictures has been filled in with concrete...I needed it, this was one of the only reasons we booked here. The television was controlled by someone in a different room. We asked the front desk to fix it 3 days in a row. No one ever fixed this. We never got to watch a whole tv show. There was construction happening all over the hotel. The back door would not open to let us in, we had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to go in and out.

Our room was very humid when we got there and the room wasn't very clean. We also booked the family suite so our kids could have the pull out bed in the couch but it was a twin! The listing said sleeps 4 but a king a twin pullout only sleeps 3..... we had to get a cot for our son that was very uncomfortable. We were also looking forward to the hot tub after a long hike but found the hot tub gone and there were no chairs around the pool so we had to sit on the concrete. Pretty disappointing experience.

First and last time
The room setup/design was very nice but the cleanliness and condition of room items, bathroom area, ac unit was pretty unsettling. I alerted the host at the front desk but her only resolve was to downgrade my room. After driving 800 miles to end up with that type of ultimatum, versus a better accommodation really marked La Quinta off my list.

Check in was fast but keys didn’t work for my door lock. Room was comfortable but needed updates. Breakfast probably rated a 5 out of 10. The outside grounds and flowerbeds we’re unbelievable dirty and unkept!

My family stayed at this property for a night and had a disappointing stay. The property obviously suffers from a lack of maintenance. First, the door handle on our room was very loose and had to be tightened by front desk staff after I notified them about the issue to be used. Second, the room we were given was not the same as the one pictured. We were expecting to have a foldout double bed/couch for 2 teenagers, but what was in our room was a fold-down small futon that was barely big enough for one to sleep on. To remedy this we had to request a roll-away bed. There were no sheets in the room for the fold-down futon, so we had to request those as well. Third, this small futon was covered in black microfiber and was VERY STAINED. Like grossly stained. It looked like it came from a second-hand furniture store. Along the same lines, there was a rolling desk chair included in this room that deserved to be thrown away because the fake leather was peeling badly. Forth, highway noise is an issue here, especially on the top floors. All in all, I cannot recommend this property.

All around the property was in poor maintenance condition, you look out the window to trash and wood piled up, the sinks had slow run, could not turn off, water was barely hot enough for shower, after room as cleaned the door was left opened, anyone could enter. In the dining area, no forks to use to eat waffle, you used a spoon or your fingers. Just over all was poor maintance.

They are in process of remodeling. Outdoor needed mowing and cleaned up. 3day stay, we came in late each night and very small parking lot and no place to park. Had big trucks and trailers taking up 4 and 5 parking spaces

Won't be back!!!
Poorly maintained with security and safety issues. Exterior rear door to building propped open all night with extension cord laid across hallway and sidewalk. Ongoing remodeling with materials scattered over the property with little regard for safety. Fixtures in bathroom corroded with mildew in tub area. Charged additional at checkin due to change in tax rate not included originally. No hot breakfast.

Keep driving - don't waste your time
The hotel is in very poor condition. The carpet is gross. Pets are allowed so there is a smell of pee in the halls and stairways. The elevator was broke. The cot had aprings sticking thru it.

WONT EVER BE BACK
Photos of room are a big misrepresentation of what you actually get. Room was not able to sleep 5 as it said. It was horrible. Where it shows a couch they do not have one they have a futon and that was filthy, and the chair in the room was tore up so bad it should have been in the trash. Bed was like sleeping on a hard floor, they said they were completely booked so they couldn't offer me and my family a different room. So they brought a roll away bed which wasn't great. When asked to speak to a manager was given a name and number but he never answered anytime he was called. Worst experience for my family. Room isn't worth $135 more like maybe $40 if you're okay with nasty furniture and tore up furniture and a key card that you had to wiggle around for like 15 minutes just to get into your room. Oh and to get a refund if you book online they give you a huge run around. Will not recommend this place to anyone and contacting corporate office about thier lack of well everything.

Not smoke free guaranteed!
The room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in. We then noticed the smoke detector was covered with a shower cap.. my husband let the person know and they said would send up some air freshener but never did.. We had to go downstairs and ask for it again.The person came to room to see the smoke detector but did nothing to remove it. The room smell triggered my allergies because I woke up with symptoms. I did receive some credit but I feel it's not sufficient because you do advertise on your front counter that each room is 100 % guaranteed smoke free. Please see picture attached.
