"The location was excellent, and if you get a room at the front, you get a great view of the activity on the street below, which carries on into the wee hours of the night. The staff was super friendly. And the facilities in the room which included a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, and a supply of dishes in cooking utensils, made for a comfortable oasis from all the chaos below."

"The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to great restaurants and bars, as well as the docks. Modern and clean facilities, with friendly staff. The only negative was that dinner service was low because many guests had come from a football match, but the restaurant only had one chef. They should plan it better to accommodate surge in guests. A shout out to the waitress Taylor, who took great care of us despite the considerable delay over dinner."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Awful hotel, Awful experience The images on the website are a lie and the hotel DOES NOT look like this. The rooms are completely run down, Basic to none amenities in the room Rooms are old dirty and dated Housing keeping does not come daily to change towels Staff unhelpful Homeless people sleeping outside the steps of hotel. This is known to be the worst hotels in Liverpool by the taxi drivers"
